Job summary

Symetria Recovery in Chicago is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. The role requires current Illinois licensure and includes collaboration with a treatment team.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois.
• Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or two years experience in psychiatric care required.
• Active DEA registration is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Utilize e-Prescribing software and provide psychiatric assessments.
• Maintain timely provider documentation within Electronic Health Records.
• Participate in monthly medical provider meetings and training.
