MultiCare Health System is seeking a part-time (FTE 0.7) Psychiatric NP to provide outpatient psychiatric consultations, diagnostic and medication management, and therapeutic interventions. You will support multiple clinical teams, including Integrated Mental Health Therapists and primary care providers, while educating the care team on behavioral health conditions.

Your role includes de-escalation and collaboration with colleagues.

Competenze

• Meets state of Washington licensure requirements by the time of employment.
• Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority license (Washington).
• American Nurses Credentialing Center Board Certification PMHNP-BC (or PMHNP-BC with lifespan).
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.

Mansioni

• Provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations to clarify treatment recommendations.
• Provides regularly scheduled caseload consultation to Integrated Mental Health Therapist.
• Completes documentation within the timeframes specified by policy.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude toward internal and external customers and team meetings.
• Provides back-up coverage for absent medical staff as needed.
• Oversees status and population health of assigned patient caseload with the Integrated Mental Health Therapist.
