Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets state licensure requirements by time of employment.
• PMHNP-BC certification (or PMHCNS-BC) or active alternatives as listed.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations to clarify treatment recommendations.
• Provides regularly scheduled caseload consultation to Integrated Mental Health Therapist.
• Completes all required documentation within mandated timeframes.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and responsiveness to internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with care teams to support patient populations and education on diagnostic management.
