Millwood Hospital's Midtown Center Ft. Worth is seeking an Outpatient Program Therapist to join the treatment team.

This is a full-time, on-site role focusing on continuous patient care, assessment, treatment planning, and behavioral management for adults and adolescents in day treatment programs. Requirements include a Master's in Social Work or related field, LMSW/LCSW/LPC Intern/LPC/LMFT-A/LMFT license, CPR and CPI training, and at least one year of psychiatric facility experience with family

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility with family and group therapies and crisis intervention.
• Clinically strong assessment skills; CPR and CPI training completed before direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health care clinical functions including ongoing assessment and treatment planning.
• Support patients with biopsychosocial needs and behavioral management; enhance coping skills.
• Participate in discharge planning and family therapy within day treatment programs.
