Job summary

Excel Center Ft. Worth, an outpatient clinic affiliated with Millwood Hospital, is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Program Therapist to join the treatment team for ages 5–18.

You will provide behavioral health care, participate in assessment, treatment planning, family therapy, discharge planning, and coordinate schedules and activities in a non-remote, clinical setting at 1307 8th Ave, Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or clinical mental health field.
• Minimum one year in a psychiatric health care facility with family/group therapies, crisis intervention, and strong clinical assessment skills.
• State license as LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A or LMFT; pursuing LCSW encouraged. CPR certification and CPI training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health care clinical functions including assessment, treatment planning, and behavioral management.
• Assist patients in meeting biopsychosocial needs and discharge planning.
• Organize activities, charting, and day-to-day scheduling.
