Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Medford, OR is seeking an Outpatient Program Manager to support the program director in planning and evaluating outpatient services. You will lead meetings, coordinate trainings, and supervise QMHP/QMHA staff to meet Oregon standards and enhance care quality.

The role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Previous supervisory experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with adult, youth, and family services preferred.
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical and operational aspects of outpatient services.
• Lead meetings, coordinate and provide clinical development trainings as needed.
• Provide supervision to QMHPs/QMHAs to meet OAR standards and improve service quality.
