Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, Oregon, is seeking two Outpatient Therapists to deliver holistic, acuity-based behavioral health care within a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and employment specialists to drive positive outcomes for the Southern Oregon community.

Requirements include eligibility for QMHP registration, a Master's in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, and current

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHP registration through MHACBO.
• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field required.
• Current LCSW or LPC is strongly preferred; unlicensed therapists must pursue licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver holistic, acuity-based behavioral health care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with case managers, peer supports and employment specialists.
• Participate in crisis de-escalation training as part of the role.
