Copley Hospital in Vermont seeks a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Procedures Department (OPD). The role involves pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care with conscious sedation and leadership responsibilities within a dynamic nursing team. Compensation ranges from $32.09 to $54.81 per hour across shifts and experience levels.

Formación

• Associate Degree or certification equivalent.
• Current Vermont RN licensure.
• ACLS required.
• Conscious sedation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates the unit-specific skills requisite for assigned service area.
• Integrates knowledge for the patient populations served; applies norms in planning interventions.
• Meets hospital standards related to telephone etiquette, customer service and confidentiality.
• Develops and maintains human care relationships and adapts care for diverse populations.
• Provides health education to patients and families; assesses barriers to learning.
• Coordinates care within the multi-disciplinary team and communicates effectively.

Conocimientos

Conscious sedation experience

Educación

Associate Degree (or certification equivalent)

Vermont RN licensure

ACLS certification
