Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the unit-specific skills requisite for assigned service area.
• Integrates knowledge for the patient populations served; applies norms in planning interventions.
• Meets hospital standards related to telephone etiquette, customer service and confidentiality.
• Develops and maintains human care relationships and adapts care for diverse populations.
• Provides health education to patients and families; assesses barriers to learning.
• Coordinates care within the multi-disciplinary team and communicates effectively.
