Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary clinicians to support recovery across California.

The role offers flexibility, supplemental income, and the ability to tailor your schedule around other commitments. Locations include Los Angeles and San Diego, with HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaboration with patients and clinicians.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, outcome-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand condition, needs, and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment.
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful outcomes.
• Deliver therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery.
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and in-house therapy team for continuity of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every encounter.
