Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary clinicians to support recovery across California.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand condition, needs, and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment.
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful outcomes.
• Deliver therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery.
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and in-house therapy team for continuity of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every encounter.

All Care Therapies is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for PTs looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or the ability to build a schedule around their existing commitments.

You’ll care for an engaging mix of patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with talented multidisciplinary clinicians—all in an environment designed to support you as a professional and a human being.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals

• Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter

Competitive Compensation
