Job summary

All Care Therapies in California is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians—delivering patient-centered care in a clinic setting.

This flexible, per-diem role offers supplemental income and the ability to build a schedule around existing commitments, with locations across Los Angeles and San Diego. Active California PT license required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California PT license (or eligibility).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment.
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes.
• Deliver therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery.
• Track progress and adapt plans of care based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter.
