Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to support our outpatient team across California. You can build a flexible schedule and select hours that fit your commitments, with opportunities to add hours as needed.

Roles are based in clinics in Los Angeles and San Diego, offering engaging patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and an active California license (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program completed.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment.
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes.
• Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery.
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter.

All Care Therapies is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for PTs looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or the ability to build a schedule around their existing commitments.

You’ll care for an engaging mix of patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with talented multidisciplinary clinicians—all in an environment designed to support you as a professional and a human being.

Competitive Compensation
