MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in Wildwood, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care practice.

The position offers a predictable schedule, with Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 12–17 patients per day, and a base salary of $240,000–$300,000 plus performance incentives. No hospital rounds, nights, weekends or holidays, and robust support from a physician-led team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain).
• Interest in value-based care and Medicare Advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and senior patients.
• Perform annual wellness visits and manage acute/chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and use HEDIS measures.
