Medical on Demand Staffing LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a 100% outpatient practice in Brandon, FL. The role offers a value-based care model with strong clinical support and a focus on adult patient care.

The position features a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, no nights/weekends/call), base salary $260K–$320K+ plus quarterly bonuses for quality and production. Relocation support available where applicable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in value-based care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in adult patients.
• Perform Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Interpret labs and diagnostic testing.
• Coordinate care with specialists and care teams.
• Maintain compliance with CMS quality measures (HEDIS, STAR, etc.).
