Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our employed physician team at Northern Edge Adult and Pediatric Medicine in Springfield, MA. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays and 32 patient-facing hours per week for full-time, with opportunities for part-time roles.

Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School‑Baystate. We are seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our employed physician team at Northern Edge Adult and Pediatric Medicine in Springfield, MA.

Position Highlights

• Enjoy 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health integration, and direct access to Baystate’s extensive multispecialty network.

Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Salary Range: $247,300–$346,120

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
