Baystate Health in West Springfield, MA is seeking Internal Medicine Physicians to join our employed physician team. You will provide comprehensive patient care within a respected health system that emphasizes learning and improvement.

We offer 1:1 medical assistant support, nurse triage, onsite lab, strong EMR, and a flexible schedule. Full-time consists of 32 patient-facing hours with opportunities for part-time work, relocation support, time off, and a robust benefits package.

We are seeking internal medicine Physicians to join our employed physician team in West Springfield, MA

Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Salary Range: $210,000-$345,000
