Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care and health screenings.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
