Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school (MD/DO).
• Residency completion required; active physician license in WA.
• Board certification and BLS; DEA license in WA.
• Experience with diverse populations and team-based care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered preventive care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care through referrals in a team-based setting.
• Support diverse patient populations with culturally competent care.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and timely completion of records.
• Complete necessary paperwork and prior authorizations; communicate with specialists.
