Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical licensure in CT or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current CSR and DEA license or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based primary care environment.
• Three-year compensation guarantee with supplemental income opportunities.
• On-Call optional, no evenings or weekends.
• Moderate scheduling promoting work-life balance.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians and care teams.
• Educate patients to take ownership of their health.

Education

Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut

BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
