Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a brand-new multispecialty outpatient practice in New Milford, CT. This 12,000-square-foot facility will host primary care with integrated specialty support in a collaborative environment.

Join a team that emphasizes physician well-being, with nurse triage, AI scribing, and system-wide EMR. Competitive compensation with base salary $275,000-$285,000 plus incentives and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain license.
• DEA and CT Controlled Substance Registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient adult medicine (18+) practice.
• Collaborate with Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Cardiology and other specialties.
• Teach medical students and residents.
• Participate in leadership opportunities for qualified candidates.
