Formación

• MD or DO credential required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain.

• 100% outpatient adult medicine practice (18+).
