Job summary

Northwell Health Physician Partners in New Milford, CT, is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a brand-new 12,000-square-foot multispecialty outpatient practice. The role is 100% outpatient with a strong referral network and integrated specialty support in a modern facility.

Compensation includes a base salary of $275,000–$285,000 with incentives; relocation and CME allowances are offered, plus generous PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Connecticut medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (or ability to obtain)
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• Experienced physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply
