Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient clinic in Clermont, FL. This full-time role focuses on comprehensive, value-based primary care for a diverse patient population, with no night or weekend shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will manage patient care using EMR tools (eClinicalWorks), perform preventive care, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
• Fluency in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Perform routine health screenings, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Document patient encounters accurately using eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Engage in patient education and counseling to promote wellness and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and practice development initiatives
