The candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support complex patients and promote functional health outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensed PT in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Direct Access Certificate within 6 months of hire or upon eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions for primary care patients.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to support integrated care and manage comorbidities.
• Oversee day-to-day activity of the PT service, ensuring engagement, safety, and quality of life.
• Maintain trauma-informed, anti-disparate, patient/family/community-centered practices.
