Responsibilities

• Adheres to mission, policies, and procedures of Tenet Physician Resources.
• Obtains and records health history; performs comprehensive physical assessment.
• Diagnoses, treats and plans care; refers to physicians as needed.
• Ensures documentation of patient care activities per policy.
• Orders medications and assists physician; participates in reviews and conferences.
