Adelante Healthcare Buckeye location seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion. The role requires clinic-based patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment with strong collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.
The candidate must hold an AZ NP certificate, AZ RN license, and APRN license, with a DEA certificate and CPR/AED certification.
Qualifications
- NP must be graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- NP certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing required.
- Active Arizona RN license and AZ APRN license required.
- DEA certificate and CPR/AED certification required.
- Fingerprint clearance card required for behavioral health locations.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-quality primary health care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document all care and ensure medical records are accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
- Participate in CME and maintain licensure and credentials.
