Akido Labs, Inc. seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, outpatient-based medical group in Rhode Island. You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, see 16–20 patients daily, and work with a collaborative team supported by modern care models and technology.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Practice in Rhode Island with required consultations and referrals as appropriate.
• Manage an assigned patient panel including preventive and chronic care.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Practice in collaboration with physicians in accordance with Rhode Island regulations, including consultation and referral as appropriate.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Perform in-office procedures based on experience and scope of practice (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available).
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment.
