Job summary

Optum AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care Community Center Float to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time outpatient role features Monday through Friday scheduling and 36 patient contact hours per week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on community health.

You’ll use EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI note-taking. Relocation assistance is available for out-of-state applicants.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license or ability to obtain by start date.
• National NP certification through AANC or AANP, or PA certification through NCCPA.
• Minimum two years of experience as a primary care provider.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain by start date.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain by start date.
