Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Practice Manager for the OBGYN division at Women & Families – Temple Faculty Practice in Philadelphia. The role oversees administrative, clinical and strategic activities of the outpatient practice and interfaces with department leaders to promote growth and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a health care field (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, with EPIC EMR experience highly

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in progressively responsible administrative support or supervisory/ management roles.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• General experience with healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct administrative, clinical and strategic support to the department and site administrator(s).
• Directs day-to-day clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient practice.
• Coordinates work with other TFPP departments to improve patient intake, satisfaction and revenue cycle compliance.
