Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (IHC) in Kokomo, IN, seeks an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a primarily outpatient role. You will manage patients of all ages with a collaborative team approach, supported by an integrated behavioral health model and eClinicalWorks EMR.

The position offers a flexible schedule with work-life balance, generous PTO, and opportunities for professional development. Prior CHC experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Board certification in PMHNP required.
• Active Indiana medical license and current DEA license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience; CHC experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Perform physical examinations and age-appropriate assessments and medical history.
• Diagnose illnesses and establish management plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide counseling and patient education for preventive care and medications.
• Attend and participate in clinic staff meetings and program projects.
