Job summary

Advocare LLC in Haddonfield, NJ, seeks a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients 16+ in collaboration with our physician team, order tests, and prescribe therapies.

Qualifications

• Active NCCPA board certification.
• Current New Jersey PA license with prescriptive authority.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions (16+).
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Formulate and adjust patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain complete, accurate EHRs with timely updates.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.
