Job summary

Advocare LLC in New Jersey seeks a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team. You will perform comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic diseases alongside physician partners.

Qualifications

• Education: MS/Nurse Practitioner with MSN or higher from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active Board Certification as an APRN/NP and NJ licensure.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, EHR, and point-of-care tech.
• Key Competencies: Strong clinical decision-making, interpersonal and written communication, patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Formulate, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations and standards.
• Educate patients and families on wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for referrals and care transitions.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
