Job summary

Advocare, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team in New Jersey. The NP will conduct physical exams, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, manage treatment plans, and coordinate with physician partners.

We offer a collaborative environment with a 4-day workweek option for full-time staff, no weekend obligations, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, and HSAs/FSAs.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Board Certification as an APRN/NP with New Jersey licensure in good standing.
• Proficiency with clinical diagnostic equipment and EHR systems.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and confidentiality to protect patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive outpatient primary care including exams, diagnoses, and care planning.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations and standards of care.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate referrals and transitions of care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
