Cape Fox subsidiary Concentric Methods seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient team at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, California. The PTA will provide services to service members in an outpatient setting under direct supervision of a physical therapist.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid leave. Must hold CAPTE-accredited degree, active PTA license, and U.S.

Formación

• Associate's degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current, full, active license to practice or current certification as a PTA per APTA.
• One year of PTA experience within the past two years.
• U.S. citizen and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out a program of corrective exercise and treatment for assigned patients, as directed by the physical therapist.
• Administer traction to relieve neck and back pain and train patients to improve functional activities.
• Observe patients during treatments and document responses and progress.
• Fit patients for, adjust, and train in the use of orthopedic braces, prostheses, and mobility devices.
• Coordinate with PT staff and clinic team to provide complete care to patients.
