You will implement treatment plans, guide exercises, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and maintain meticulous documentation while upholding high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (as required by jurisdiction).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated treatment.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
• Support a safe, positive patient experience and follow established clinic procedures.
