HSHS/Prevea is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team in the Greater Green Bay area. Ideal candidates are patient focused and mission driven, aiming to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence through therapeutic interventions.

New grads welcome to apply. Schedule: Full time, 38 hrs/wk, days 8am-4:30pm, no weekends or on-call. Location: Green Bay, WI. Competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program which meets licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
