Job summary

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Prevea team in the Northern Market (Marinette, Oconto Falls, or Oconto) depending on location. The role offers patient-focused care within an outpatient rehab setting.

The position is part-time, 32 hours per week, with days from 8am to 4:30pm, no weekends or on-call. New grads are welcome. Licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification (within 90 days) are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program that meets licensure requirements in the state of practice.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to improve mobility, strength and functional independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Participate in a 32-hour-per-week schedule with days 8am–4:30pm, with no weekends or on-call.
