Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the NM values of teamwork, patients first, integrity, and excellence.
• Provides direct patient care, teaching, and participates in committees and process improvement.
• Maintains primary responsibility over patient plan of care through collaboration with treating PT/PTA(s).
• Completes daily notes reflecting patient response and status in the EMR.
• Participates in student clinical programs and serves as a clinical instructor or mentor.
• Develops professional relationships with healthcare teams and supports department goals.
