Job summary

Bon Secours in Colonial Heights is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation. The PT will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations.

Requires a current Physical Therapist license in the practicing state and BLS certification. Minimum 2 years of experience preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 offered; rules apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS certification (preferred on hire; required within 30 days for some facilities).
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with specific goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily following the plan of care.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and coordinates with care teams.
• Supervises PT assistants and supports clinical education.
