Job summary

Spaulding Hospital Cape Cod is seeking a Physical Therapist to assist patients in achieving maximum physical performance while adapting to disabilities. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, and Massachusetts licensure is mandatory. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Licensure from 2016 onward requires completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Experience completing internship or apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes billing sheet accurately by end of day.
• Evaluates effects of treatment and adjusts treatments.
• Performs patient assessment and establishes a plan of care.
• Discusses evaluation and goals with patients and families.
