Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist (Outpatient) to evaluate and treat outpatient clients with injuries and musculoskeletal or neurologic conditions. You will develop individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires a DPT or equivalent and a state license, with a preference for at least 1 year of outpatient PT experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients' mobility, strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provides therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Documents evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
