Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Suffolk YMCA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for outpatient services in Suffolk, VA. You will assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and relieve pain, while educating clients and caregivers.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with VA Licensure and BLS required. Base pay ranges from $103,376 to $149,115.20 annually, with additional compensation possible through bonuses and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Active VA Physical Therapy license and BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by identified team members.
