Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Wards Corner in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. You will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and address disabling conditions from disease or injury.

You will supervise team members as needed and provide education to clients and caregivers. A Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and VA license are required, with BLS training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current VA license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
