• Provide skilled interventions tailored to patient needs using appropriate techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Collaborates with patients to create short- and long-term goals.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other health care providers while ensuring confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
• Monitors and documents patient progress, outcomes, and satisfaction with services.
• Supervises PTAs and students as assigned.
