Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services at the Denton location. The PRN role involves age-appropriate patient treatment, instruction, and collaboration with the care team to improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with completion of a PT program and Texas PT license, plus BCLS certification. Pelvic health experience is preferred. Excellent communication and time management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and completion of a Physical Therapy program (required at hire).
• Texas Physical Therapy License required at hire.
• BCLS certification required before providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Performs age-appropriate patient treatment.
• Applies treatment techniques suitable for patient age and treatment goals.
• Performs delegated procedures within licensure scope.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans, safety, home programs, and equipment.
• Maintains patient safety during treatment.
• Communicates with physicians and healthcare team regarding patient care.
