Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health to join our Onalaska therapy team. This full-time role offers 60-minute appointments and a starting salary based on experience.

You will examine, evaluate, diagnose, and treat pelvic floor conditions, collaborating with referring providers to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes in a supportive team environment in the beautiful coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved curriculum.
• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist License
• BLS for Health Care Providers from AHA or Red Cross
• Knowledge, skills, and experience in treating pelvic floor conditions preferred
• Board-certified in pelvic health or PWCS highly desired
• Must be credentialed with Gundersen prior to starting

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose, and intervene in pelvic floor conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for pelvic rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinical staff for optimal patient care.
• Utilize multi-faceted treatment approaches to address presenting dysfunction.

Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health to join our Onalaska therapy team. Board certification in pelvic floor therapy/women's health is highly desired but not required. Prefer ability and experience in treating all complexities of male and female pelvic floor conditions. If desired, able to also work with and treat our general orthopedic patient population.

What You'll Do

Pelvic rehabilitation is a non-surgical approach to rehabilitation of dysfunctions in the pelvis that contribute to complaints involving the bowel and bladder, pregnancy or postpartum status, sexual health, and pain. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating, diagnosing, prognosing, and intervening in all complexities of pelvic floor conditions to develop personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes in the pelvic rehabilitation of our male and female patients. You will collaborate with referring providers and other clinical staff in providing optimal patient care through appropriate and timely methods of communication and treatment. Treatment approaches are often multi-faceted and chosen to assist patients in remedying their concern/presenting dysfunction.

What's Available

• Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
• Monday - Friday, variable clinic hours between 7a-6p, no weekends or holidays
• Starting salary of $82,305 and up, based on your years of experience
• 60-minute appointment lengths

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved curriculum in Physical Therapy
• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist License
• BLS for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Knowledge, skills, and experience in treating all complexities of pelvic floor conditions preferred
• Physical Therapist board-certified in pelvic health or Board-Certified Pelvic and Women's Health Clinical Specialist (PWCS, formerly WCS) is highly desired
• Must be credentialed with Gundersen prior to starting
