Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to examine, evaluate and treat patients, developing care plans to restore function and reduce pain. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a facility that emphasizes LOVE + MEDICINE in La Crosse, WI.

The role requires Wisconsin PT licensure, a PT degree from an APTA-approved program, and BLS proof. OCS is preferred, with opportunities for career growth and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from APTA-approved curriculum.
• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist License.
• Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers from AHA or Red Cross.
• Board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) desired.
• Prior outpatient ortho experience or internship desired.
• Knowledge of Dry Needling is beneficial.
• Must be credentialed with Gundersen prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop plans of care and provide treatment techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinical staff to optimize patient care and timely communication.
