AdventHealth is looking for a Physical Therapist to join Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab in Winter Garden, FL. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with physicians, and contributing to community health outreach.

Full-time, day shifts with competitive benefits from Day One. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $3,000 for qualified applicants. Minimum pay rate is $35/hour.

Qualifications

• BLS CPR certification required.
• PT license required or PT-TEMP license.

Schedule: Fulltime Weekday Monday - Friday Location: Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab, 2200 Fowler Grove Blvd Winter Garden, FL 34787 The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.

Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community. Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director.

Qualifications and Requirements

Pay Range

Pay Range: $66,268.80 - $123,281.60

The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
