Brooks Rehabilitation in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate new patients and create customized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence. You will collaborate with therapists and clinicians, document progress, and adjust plans as patients respond.
