Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Hand Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient Palm Coast team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver skilled hand therapy to multiple diagnoses in a patient-centered setting.

Part-Time hours Mon/Wed/Fri 8A-5P, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth. Florida licensure and CPR/BLS are required; prior hand therapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans.
• Deliver high quality outpatient hand therapy for multiple diagnoses.
• Maintain a positive patient experience and engage patients in progressive treatment.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and team.
